Terms of Service

Welcome to TakeMyad. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TakeMyad web platform, APIs, mobile applications, and services provided by Misfo6 Solutions. By registering an account, posting campaigns, or submitting proposals, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose & Marketplace Roles

TakeMyad connects advertisers (businesses, brands, marketing agencies) with verified content creators (influencers, UGC creators, digital marketers) for commercial advertising and sponsored media collaborations.

• Advertisers: Must provide truthful campaign briefs, accurate deliverable specifications, and honor agreed budgets.
• Creators: Must deliver original content conforming to agreed brief parameters within agreed turnaround deadlines.

2. Escrow Protection & Milestone Payments

To protect both parties, TakeMyad implements an Escrow protection model:

• When an advertiser accepts a proposal, collaboration funds are securely locked in TakeMyad Escrow upfront.
• Creators are guaranteed payment upon successful delivery and advertiser sign-off.
• Funds are released to the creator once deliverables are approved or milestone conditions are satisfied.

3. Communication & Contact Information Policy

In order to protect users against scams, disintermediation, and payment loss:

• Users may not include direct contact information (phone numbers, personal emails, WhatsApp numbers, direct messaging links, or external payment links) in public campaign briefs, titles, requirements, or profile headlines.
• Direct contact exchanges are strictly reserved for confirmed, accepted collaborations within the TakeMyad workspace.
• Violations of this anti-circumvention rule may result in campaign rejection, account suspension, or forfeiture of marketplace privileges.

4. Creator Profile Privacy

Creators maintain complete control over their profile visibility. Through the TakeMyad privacy settings, creators can select whether rates, contact methods, email addresses, and phone numbers are visible to the public or restricted solely to approved campaign partners.

5. User Conduct & Content Reporting

Users agree not to post defamatory, obscene, infringing, or fraudulent content. Any user or campaign may be reported using the built-in Report feature. TakeMyad administrators reserve the right to review reports, pause campaigns, dismiss unfounded claims, or deactivate violating accounts.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. TakeMyad reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, or compromise community safety.
