• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, role (Advertiser, Creator, or Both), and password hash.
• Creator Profile Data: Social media links, public handle, bio, follower metrics, categories, location, and starting rates.
• Campaign & Transaction Details: Brief descriptions, deliverables, budget specifications, and proposal messaging.
• Payment Details: Transaction identifiers and payment status processed securely through our authorized payment partners (Razorpay and Cashfree). We do not store raw card numbers or CVVs.

2. Direct Contact Information Protection & Anti-Circumvention

To preserve platform security, prevent off-platform fraud, and uphold escrow guarantees, TakeMyad prohibits posting direct contact details (including phone numbers, personal emails, WhatsApp links, or external direct links) inside public campaign briefs and deliverables. Contact exchanges are permitted only within designated, authenticated collaboration workflows.

3. Creator Profile Privacy Controls

TakeMyad provides creators with granular privacy controls directly inside the Profile Settings:

• You can toggle whether your starting rates, contact details, email address, phone number, and social media handles are publicly visible or restricted only to confirmed business partners.
• Your private contact information is never shared with third-party advertisers without your consent.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to deliver, maintain, and enhance our services, specifically:

• Matching creators with brand campaigns and facilitating proposals.
• Managing escrow payments and billing operations.
• Sending important notifications regarding proposals, approvals, messages, and platform updates.
• Investigating and preventing fraud, impersonation, spam, or terms violations.

5. Security of Your Data

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS encryption, secure hashed authentication tokens, restricted administrative access, and strict API permission scopes to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Account Deactivation & Data Deletion

You can update your profile or deactivate your account at any time from the account settings. Upon deactivation, your profile and open campaigns are hidden from the discovery feed. Transaction records and audit trails are retained strictly as required by applicable commercial and financial laws.
